Occupational Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our team at Amazon Spain Fullfillment Center. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective occupational health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct regular medical evaluations and provide medical clearance for employees to perform job-related tasks.
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Provide training and education to employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
- Investigate workplace incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
- University degree in Medicine with specialization in Occupational Medicine.
- At least two years of experience as an internal or external Occupational Doctor.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to travel periodically to support multiple Fulfillment Centers.
- Fluent in Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accredited knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety, industrial and logistics environment.
- Knowledge of local OHS-related procedures, administration complaints, and legal issues.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
