We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. in Barcelona. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate campaigns, working with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily affiliate campaigns, including onboarding new publishers and identifying new business opportunities
* Work closely with our team to ensure seamless campaign execution
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers and clients
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Strong relationship-building capabilities and long-term partnership focus
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
