Job Title: Principal CSS Apps DBA

As a key member of the Oracle Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues related to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and database management, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for EBS and database-related issues, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Oracle technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer success.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle product releases, patches, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and services.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS, database management, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in providing high-level support for complex technical issues, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
