We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee all HR processes and systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and high-quality data is maintained across all HR systems.
- Manage the transfer of employee data to other HR systems and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and implement API and interface solutions to support HR systems.
- Oversee the deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of HR systems globally and locally.
- Manage issues and incidents related to HR systems and processes.
- Develop and implement new initiatives and enhancements to HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the Global and Local data and reporting teams to deliver self-service strategies and analytics.
- Support the development of local and global dashboards and analytics initiatives.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in HR systems, including EC, ONB, T&A, and Resourcing.
- Experience with SAP systems and technical HR knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to execute projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
