Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Pre-Sales Support Specialist, you will handle technical queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist clients via email, following their product orders made online on our E-shop
  • Verify incoming orders and correct them
  • Provide clear, concise responses to client requests and questions
  • Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center
  • Analyze and provide feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing necessary information to resolve issues
  • Manage relationships between transporters to follow up on deliveries
  • Keep track and update monitoring files for internal reporting
Requirements
  • A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
  • A high level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • The capacity to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions
  • Ability to work within a dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team
  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to new environments and follow procedures
