Job Title: Responsable De Calidad

Etalentum Selección is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Murcia, Spain.

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in quality assurance and control to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and evaluating the activities of our quality team, ensuring the functionality of our laboratory, and guaranteeing the development of control products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and evaluate the activities of the quality team and their training.
  • Ensure the functionality of the laboratory from a technical and technological point of view.
  • Guarantee the development of control products and establish records of all analyses performed in relevant documents according to the quality system.
  • Evaluate products in terms of their sensory properties, quality, packaging material, and other aspects.
  • Control the compliance of procedures to maintain product quality, proper use of PPE, and employee hygiene.
  • Create and implement the quality management system.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Autonomy and responsibility.
  • Methodical and analytical profile.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Availability for a short stay at our headquarters in Portugal.

Education and Experience:
  • Técnico/a in Gestión y Control de Calidad or similar.
  • Master's degree in Control de Calidad & Seguridad Alimentaria or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
Language Skills:
  • Spanish: Advanced or Native.
