Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Es51 (Fcrs = Es051) Aaa Mol. Ima. Iberica Slu is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team in Murcia. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our radiopharmaceuticals and maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and storage of raw materials and production materials.
  • Ensure the correct order and cleaning of cabinets and refrigerators for storage of reagents, standards, raw materials, and production materials.
  • Support the head of CQ in the execution of various activities under the responsibility of the Department of Quality Control, including preparation of standards and reagents, micro-biological monitoring of pharmaceutical facilities, and management of counter-samples and dispatch of samples to external companies for complementary quality control controls.
  • Perform necessary activities for the correct execution of various activities of the laboratory of quality control under the coordination of the response QC.
  • Assist people in charge of radioprotection in the management of radioactivity measuring instruments and in the handling of decontamination tanks.
  • Execute quality controls of different radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Manage analytical techniques such as HPLC, gas chromatography, TLC, pH meter, activity meter, and method of detection of endotoxins.
  • Comply with the correct manufacturing standards applied to the quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Collaborate in the implementation and revalidation of quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong affinity with and awareness of quality issues.
  • Open and clear collaboration and communication to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly.
  • Capability to work under pressure and understanding of the sense of urgency around given tasks.
  • Fluent Spanish, medium-good knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Radiation safety education is desirable.
