L'Account Energetico sarà un elemento vitale nelle operazioni di gestione delle relazioni con i nostri clienti e di sviluppo del mercato energetico. Sarà incaricato/a di identificare le necessità dei clienti e proporre soluzioni personalizzate per ottimizzare l'uso dell'energia.
Responsabilità Principali- Gestire un portafoglio di clienti esistenti, garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
- Identificare opportunità di crescita e sviluppo nel settore energetico, ampliando la base clienti.
- Collaborare con team interni per sviluppare strategie di mercato efficaci e innovative.
- Monitorare le tendenze di mercato e fornire feedback strategici per migliorare i servizi offerti.
- Assicurare il raggiungimento e il superamento degli obiettivi di vendita attraverso l'implementazione di strategie personalizzate.
- Esperienza significativa in ambito commerciale o di gestione delle relazioni nel settore energetico.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e abilità nella negoziazione.
- Sensibilità commerciale e capacità di identificare le esigenze dei clienti per fornire soluzioni efficaci.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire efficacemente le priorità lavorative.
- Conoscenza approfondita del mercato energetico e delle normative vigenti.
