Your Role
As our friendly face and local expert, you'll be the heartbeat of our hotel restaurant, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily tasks and operations.
- Managing reservations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborating with our culinary team to maintain menu standards and quality.
- Training and developing our restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensuring that our service standards and cash handling procedures are always met.
- Preparing welcome packages for new team members and maintaining training manuals.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, positive, and energetic individual with a passion for hospitality and service. You'll need:
- 1+ years' experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages a plus.
- A dynamic and team-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
