The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Strategic Revenue Growth Specialist who can drive revenue growth through efficient order-to-cash processes. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 professionals within the Revenue Operations function in Finance. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing invoicing, crediting, order review, quoting of amend and net new deals, and ensuring accurate tracking of ARR and Renewal Uplift.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse international team (6-8 members), fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue growth through efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and crediting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and revenue recognition principles.
- Monitor and control ARR and Renewal Uplift to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, Order-to-Cash, or related fields.
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth through efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes, order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, ARR tracking, and Renewal Uplift.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret financial data.
- Experience supporting Deal Desk functions and structuring complex large deals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite or similar).
