**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team or process from day one, taking control of your career and making a significant impact on our operations.
  • Train and integrate your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive progress towards our goals, exercising sound judgement and making sure targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard your team's safety while at work, upholding Amazon's high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities, improving and streamlining processes.

**Requirements**

  • You obtained or are working towards a Bachelor's Degree.
  • You are flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
  • You are willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends.
  • You speak fluent Spanish and English.
