Join us in our mission as a Market Insights Analyst. We are a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, with a presence in over 100 countries and a rapidly expanding global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and present market and commercial data at individual, regional, and national levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing/Product Manager and Sales Operations Manager to update and communicate product and market insights.
  • Oversee the collection and aggregation of key business metrics for assigned products and services.
  • Maintain the market intelligence platform/system.
  • Act as the primary contact for market data providers, such as IQVIA and Insight Health.
  • Assist in market research initiatives in partnership with the Product Manager.
  • Support regional Sales Managers in updating market data for the development of regional and individual call strategies.
  • Design and implement effective reporting systems for Sales Specialists.
  • Provide training to the Sales Team on CRM and other reporting tools.
  • Offer individual coaching to Sales and Marketing team members on CRM and reporting systems.
  • Contribute to planning and targeting processes in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Directors.
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the CRM reporting system for the Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Team members regarding technical CRM and reporting issues.
  • Support and assist Business Unit Directors in forecasting and end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or degree in economics or information science.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP-SD.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Effective presentation skills for team settings.
  • Aptitude for creating clear and meaningful presentations of complex information.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
