Job SummaryWe are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for market and commercial data collection, analysis, and support for Sales and the Marketing Team. This role involves defining, tracking, analyzing, and presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the position serves as a support person for Business Unit (BU) Directors in forecasting and end-to-end (E2E) processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and present market and commercial data on individual, regional, and national levels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing/Product Manager and Sales Operations Manager in updating and communicating product and market data.
- Responsible for data collection and aggregation of key business indicators of assigned products and services on regional and individual levels.
- Maintain market intelligence platforms and systems.
- Support market research projects in collaboration with Product Manager.
- Support regional Sales Managers in updating market data (on client and regional levels) for conception of regional and individual call plans.
- Develop and implement suitable regular reporting systems for Sales Specialists.
- Train Sales Teams in the application of CRM and other reporting systems.
- Provide individual coaching to Sales and Marketing team members in the application of CRM and reporting systems.
- Contribute to planning and targeting processes in close cooperation with Director Sales and Director Sales and Marketing.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM reporting systems for Sales and Marketing Teams.
- Act as the main contact for Sales Team Members in case of technical CRM/reporting issues.
- Support and back up BU Directors in forecasting, E2E, Kinaxis processes.
- Commercial apprenticeship or economic studies or information scientist.
- CRM System experience.
- SAP-SD experience.
- Highly professional skills in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced analytical skills and structured working approach.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Presentation skills in front of a team.
- Ability to create meaningful and comprehensible presentations of complex contexts.
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
