**Description Overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Commercial, Strategy & Business Intelligence team. This is a Manager level position within Perrigo as an Individual Contributor. You will be part of our wider Consumer Self Care International (CSCI) business. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with a blend of on-site and off-site working pattern.

**Scope of the Role**:

- As a key contributor to the Business Intelligence Team you will be primarily responsible for retrieving, combining, structuring, and summarising sales data from the local commercial teams and creating dynamic dashboards showing actionable insights. This is by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- You are a Data visualization expert and will create reports and dashboards through various tools, including but not limited to PowerBI and Excel.
- Follow-up on deployed dashboards and reports to provide continuous improvement of user adoption and sophistication of insights
- Support end-users with instructions, answering questions, and evaluating their feedback. Be a trusted, valued business partner to leadership through the delivery of analysis
- Interpret local and central systems and map data together, facilitating one cohesive source of truth across functions. Explore the pros and cons of various tools.
- Support local teams in their transformation from Excel dependency to dynamic/visual dashboard capability enabling more data-driven decision-making. This is by providing advice and coaching, not (necessarily) by creating reports for local teams.
- Identifying automation and process improvement opportunities and working with technical teams to implement solutions. Set up connections to underlying databases (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, IRI, Nielsen, IQVIA) and build data models that map sources together in a SQL Datawarehouse

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 5+ years experience of business analytics with data visualization building required.
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong organisation, time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and as a key contributor to teams.
- You are results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner. and with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English language and experienced working with diverse teams required.
- Passion for digging into data, extracting insights, and creating actionable recommendations
- Possess business acumen and feeling needs of end-users. You should be able to place yourself in the end-user position and know what visualisations will lead to a high adoption rate of the reports built and how they can support local and central sales teams.
- Experience in creating SQL Databases is preferred but not required.
- Experience with IQVIA, IRI, Nielsen, or other syndicated data sources is preferred but not required.
