The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager with a strong background in the cryptocurrency and Web3 sectors to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing vibrant online communities and creating engaging content that resonates with crypto enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Social Media Strategy
    • Craft and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals, emphasizing engagement, growth, and community building.
  • Manage and Grow Online Communities
    • Take charge of our Twitter and YouTube channels, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and tailored to the crypto-savvy audience.
    • Explore and optimize other platforms where crypto users are highly active.
  • Content Creation and Curation
    • Develop and curate compelling content that highlights our innovations, partnerships, and milestones in the crypto and sports arenas.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, with a consistent tone and style.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and increase effectiveness.
    • Set and strive for clear KPIs related to engagement and community growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and timely updates on product developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Expertise in managing Twitter and YouTube accounts with significant followings and proven ability to grow and engage online communities.
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of crypto communities and the elements that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with a knack for crafting informative and engaging posts that are tailored to a diverse audience.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with followers diplomatically and dynamically.
