Job Summary:

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new German publishers for our Adtech services. Your primary goal will be to build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities. You will work closely with technical, sales, and operational colleagues to lead publisher acquisition efforts in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and close new German publishers for our Adtech services.
2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
3. Prioritize high-value opportunities and develop strong relationships with prospects and clients.
4. Maintain our CRM tool and update lead and client interactions.
5. Meet monthly KPIs and targets.
6. Network and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:
1. You are a sales enthusiast with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
2. You are a fluent/native German speaker with high English proficiency.
3. You have a commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail.
4. You are an independent innovator who can work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
