Job Title: Compliance Officer

En Laboratorios Menarini estamos seleccionando a un/a Compliance Officer para que forme parte de nuestro equipo de Compliance. Será el/la responsable junto a la manager del departamento de la gestión y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes en una de las compañías farmacéuticas líder a nivel mundial.

Responsabilidades:
  • Brindar asistencia continua al departamento de compliance en todas sus actividades y proyectos, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares y regulaciones aplicables.
  • Desarrollar, revisar y actualizar políticas y procedimientos internos para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas locales e internacionales en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de due diligence para identificar y mitigar riesgos en transacciones comerciales y relaciones con terceros.
  • Desarrollar e implementar programas de cumplimiento corporativo, asegurando la integración efectiva de estos programas en todas las áreas de la organización.
  • Diseñar y llevar a cabo formaciones específicas para empleados sobre temas de compliance, promoviendo una cultura de cumplimiento dentro de la empresa.
  • Supervisar y verificar que los socios y partners comerciales cumplan con las normativas y políticas de compliance establecidas por la empresa.
  • Planificar y ejecutar auditorías internas y externas para evaluar la efectividad de los programas de compliance y asegurar el cumplimiento continuo con todas las regulaciones aplicables.
Requisitos:
  • Tener al menos 2 años de experiencia como Compliance.
  • Disponer de la Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho, Economía o afín.
  • Tu nivel de inglés es B2 o superior.
  • Se valorará positivamente:
    • Monitoreos o auditorías internas.
    • Conocimiento del código de buenas prácticas de la industria farmacéutica.
