Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Finance Analyst to join our team at DSM. As a recent graduate, this global position offers the opportunity to support our controllers in developing crucial analyses to assist commercial managers in making informed decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely financial and non-financial analyses and figures to the Business on a monthly basis. This will involve participating in the periodic closing process, including Rebates Accruals, Revenue and Margin Variance Analysis, and Monthly S&OP meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop key ad hoc or recurring analysis to support commercial managers in making informed decisions.
  • Support the preparation of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports, including Vitality, Expenses, Revenue, and Pricing.
  • Collaborate with the Controlling Team to provide financial and non-financial insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
