Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Act as a liaison between the finance function and other departments, such as procurement and controlling, to ensure effective cash management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize decision-making and reduce costs.
- Ensure strong financial control over costs and prepare information for board presentations.
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management and the board.
- Drive the continuous automation and improvement of management reporting.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, or controlling.
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and automation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's in finance being highly valued.
