Join Our Team as a Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at Volotea, a fast-growing airline company. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow and anticipate treasury needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize decision-making processes and improve financial control.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, or controlling.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals, with a plus for Spanish GAAP.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and automation mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in English and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Navision.
