Job Title: Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at Volotea Alaeo Sl. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, controlling, or consulting
  • Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
