About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Controlling Specialist to join our Finance, Control and Legal Department at Nestlé Sa. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build integrated technology solutions to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Finance controllers to identify and promote adequate solutions in Advanced Analytics.
  • Support architecture discussions to provide business analytics, business intelligence, and visualization, data management, data mining, and data modeling.
  • Gather requirements to build analytic solutions and interfaces with cloud solutions.
  • Create end-user documentation for analytical solutions built and participate in end-user training.
  • Understand business goals and requirements, design, and develop analytic approaches tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Work with third-party teams to set up cloud solutions in Controlling and Financial Closing (PEC).

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required, preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics, or business.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital finance analytics, big data, and data interfaces, planning solutions, predictive analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Solid experience in Management Accounting and accounting principles, as well as the ability to drive business discussions in this area, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, and writing documentation (Functional and Technical).
  • Ability to write clear and concise presentations to stakeholders summarizing data insights, outcomes, and implications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Good understanding of SQL databases and Multi-dimensional databases (OLAP).
