- Closely analyze with the network to forecast margins and monitor Analysis PL and Business.
- Take responsibility for monthly analysis of BL's and job family, reporting monthly dashboards to local and central team.
- Prepare New Business monthly report and Gross Written Premium.
- Identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Contribute to projects and ad-hoc analysis, including central projects like GBP and local as data cubes.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on results and project management abilities.
- Analytical, creative, and organized mindset.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Reporting or Controlling, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, and accounting procedures.
- Fluent in English - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of the insurance business is essential.
