About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Preparing cash flow forecasts to give visibility on future cash positions and anticipate any upcoming treasury needs
- Acting as a link between core finance functions and working capital, including account receivables, account payables, fleet, controlling, procurement, and BPO
- Proposing and implementing process improvements to optimize decision-making processes
- Guaranteeing strong financial control over costs
- Preparing information for Board presentations
- Assuring proper reporting to external stakeholders, including banks, financial service providers, investors, and shareholders
- Analyzing financial information required by senior management and the Board, and providing financial and analytical support
- Driving continuous automation and improvement of management reporting
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting
