Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a key member of our food and beverage team, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensuring the execution of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute food and beverage strategies and goals, working closely with direct reports to create promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items, and presentations.
- Ensure integration of departmental goals in game plans and review financial reports to determine how Food and Beverage is performing against budget.
- Lead food and beverage teams, ensuring regular communication and reviewing staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
- Create an atmosphere in all food and beverage areas that meets or exceeds guest expectations and strives to improve service performance.
- Manage and conduct human resource activities, ensuring property policies are administered fairly and consistently, and conducting annual performance appraisals with direct reports.
High school diploma or GED; 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, with 4 years of experience in the same field.
