Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the Outlet Manager in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures to minimize losses and optimize revenue.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of local culture and customs.
