Role Overview |We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to oversee our Sales operations in Barcelona. In this role, you will assist in driving sales for our rental apartments and guest services while providing support during team absences. Your focus will be on achieving occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities |- Assist the sales team with daily operations and tasks.
- Manage lead distribution among Sales Coordinators.
- Evaluate current sales strategies and collaborate with leadership to develop new approaches.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies, including CRM management and pricing rules.
- Handle daily sales activities during team members' absences.
- Address customer inquiries regarding reservations.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing B2C sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel for optimal performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Set long-term and short-term goals for the team, utilizing data to monitor performance and enhance sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- Experience in customer relations, preferably in hospitality or guest services.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
