About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Engineer to join our team at REEL International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the complete design process for aeronautical Jigs and Tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design concepts and solutions for complex aeronautical Jigs and Tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met and technical specifications are adhered to.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical skills and expertise.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with technical requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in tooling and access platform design, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including CATIA.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
