The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Carolina Herrera Marketing team in the makeup department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of top-performing makeup products across online and offline channels, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for key makeup products, focusing on productivity, sell-through, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute four critical makeup events and activations throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints, including advertising, public relations, retail, and digital channels.
  • Track and evaluate the success of these initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in makeup operational marketing, with a business-oriented mindset and a willingness to work in a global/headquarter team environment.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in market-facing roles, preferably in the makeup industry.
  • University degree or Master's in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing or Fashion.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the makeup market and trends.
