Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Elevator Service Representative to join our team in Raipur, India. As an Elevator Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to customer calls and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries and issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure 100% service visits for RM and HK customers.
- Conduct ACR (Audit Copy Return) and PCR (Pink Copy Return) activities as required.
- Monitor elevators to ensure compliance with WWJSSS standards.
- Generate T leads and complete PUI tasks efficiently.
- Diploma or BE in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in handling service in the elevator industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
- Experience in the elevator industry.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
