Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Partnership team at lastminute.Com. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks within the Partnership team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying monthly sales with partners via email to ensure accuracy
  • Analyzing discrepancies between partner statements and lastminute.Com's records
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders
  • Working closely with the account department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of office work experience, preferably in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables
  • Very good written and spoken English; Italian language skills are a plus
  • A degree in economics or a related field is a plus
