About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dive & Resource Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our local business unit, you will be responsible for leading and managing the assigned dive resource pool and overseeing diving operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate diving personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure diving operations are staffed with a qualified team and conducted from a safe, well-equipped dive site.
- Oversee the preparation and mobilisation of diving equipment and personnel.
- Conduct site visits, kick-off, and close-out meetings for diving operations.
- Continuously review diving system performance to recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and compliance with company standards.
- Provide operational advice and specialist expertise to meet business objectives.
- Interface with clients to facilitate their technical and operational needs for diving projects.
- Participate in internal and external company audits.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a leader or manager in commercial diving.
- Secondary vocational studies with 15+ years in commercial diving roles and 7+ years as a Senior Dive Supervisor / Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge or expertise of the commercial diving industry.
