**Job Summary**
The Modeling and Cost Catalog Leader will be responsible for defining and managing the activities, processes, and tools related to the cost basis for O&M agreements in the ITO phase. As the owner of the O&M Cost Catalogue, she/he will measure the O&M productivity from changes in the cost catalogue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define, own, and maintain an effective O&M Cost Catalogue, including processes and tools, which provides the data basis for the O&M Cost Model.
- Drive collaboration with key stakeholders from the O&M commercial, modeling, risk, O&M Support, Region O&M Service Directors, and other functional teams to build and transform an effective Technical Sales Support to the O&M Commercial Teams.
- Define, implement, and maintain specific, non-standard cost calculation sheets.
- Define scope, sources, and interfaces of cost & technical information and advice to be provided during the entire offer and sales process.
- Review and provide input to the general technical sales documentation (technical paragraphs of standard term sheet, infrastructure requirements, etc.).
- Coordinate clarifications on nonstandard technical scope in regard to additional cost and potential impacts on guarantees.
- Define scope, sources, and interfaces to support the R-Process.
- Support the commercial teams during negotiations with customers.
- Support any due diligence on brown field sites.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Major experience in Maintenance of a CCGT or Coal Power Station with significant experience in a Maintenance or Operation Management position, or Lead Function in the O&M Support Organization.
- Substantial knowledge of costing practices, functions, and processes involved in ITO and OTR of O&M projects.
- Experienced in project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Qualified oral and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Cultural awareness and international experience.
- Positive attitude towards customers, peers, and managers.
