About the Role:
As a Junior Technical Sales Specialist in Cisco, you will be responsible for working in the CISCO solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions (e.g., define a Bill of Materials for use by the sales team) to meet customer requirements.
- Create quotes on the CISCO portfolio using CISCO tools.
- Engage in internal discussions with internal European CISCO teams, as well as with partners and end customers.
- Manage workshops and training sessions.
- Provide an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
- Address product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
- Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor-related accreditation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Sales and Presales in the Network scope.
- Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
- Experience in CCNA Routing & Switching.
- Knowledge in Cisco Datacenter.
- Knowledge of Webex and telephone exchanges, VOIP.
Desirable: Knowledge of the complete CISCO portfolio, experience in pre-sales and business development tasks for each of the architectures. Certification in CCNA is mandatory.
