We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team in Argentina.

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager at Avature, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include navigating complex client organizations, understanding their business objectives, and providing personalized solutions to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Your day-to-day activities will involve managing a portfolio of customers, performing quarterly business reviews, and analyzing customer health and solution usage to recommend relevant enhancements. You will also be responsible for managing change request projects, coordinating internal teams, and guiding customers on best practices and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to see the bigger picture. Previous experience working with large multinational companies is highly valued, as is previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies.

We offer a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with flexible hours and the option to work remotely or come into the office. Our comprehensive benefits package includes four salary reviews per year, the option to earn part of your salary in US dollars, three weeks' vacation from the first year, and four weeks' paternity leave. We also provide OSDE 310 health coverage, four days a year for professional development, and end-of-year week off.
