About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building customer relationships by understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose cybersecurity solutions.
- Engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Assist in the technical aspects of proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
- Assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues, especially with international partners and customers.
Requirements
- University degree or completed training in the IT field.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales, or consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT security environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Italian will be valued.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.
