About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Android Software Engineer to join our team at Ring. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Android mobile application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features for our Android mobile application, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and UX, to identify and prioritize engineering solutions.
  • Work with engineering team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
  • Engage with the Android development community to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in software development, with a focus on Android mobile applications.
  • Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a strong understanding of software design patterns.
  • Proficiency in at least one software programming language, with experience in full software development life cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
