Key Responsibilities- Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative application experiences for the Android platform.
- Shape our product vision and develop business-critical Android features.
- Enhance and optimize existing software components to improve reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
- Define, design, and develop the tactical direction of our server-side and middleware services.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers and help improve development processes to increase developer productivity and project predictability.
As a Software Engineer on the eero team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to enhance our retail hardware and software offerings. You will be responsible for evaluating new frameworks and tools, mentoring fellow engineers, improving our build process, and shaping eero's future roadmap.
About the TeamWe are a full-stack team with specialized developers in mobile, web, and cloud engineering working on key features built around the user experience. We power our customers' experience from login, network setup to device management and much more.
Requirements- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
