About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager - Associate at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and challenges, as well as the ability to provide prescriptive guidance to help them maximize their ServiceNow investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers using ServiceNow's Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes.
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase footprint.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, utilizing resources from across the company ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
  • German speaking.
