Customer Service Excellence at MSX International

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at MSX International. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing and resolving their requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone calls;
  • Complex Case Management: Handle escalated and intricate cases, requiring a deep understanding of the issue and the ability to provide well-thought-out solutions;
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve cases, ensuring smooth communication and a timely resolution;
  • Continuously monitor case progress from initiation to closure;
  • Perform database updates, report writing, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care or Contact Center roles;
  • Good proficiency in English and strong language skills in Dutch;
  • Availability to work onsite;
  • Knowledge of document management and operation of dedicated document management platforms;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office365 applications (basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel).
