Überblick
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter für unsere Niederlassung in Bern/Basel. Als Kundenbeziehungsmanager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen in der Schweiz. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Kundenakquise: Sie identifizieren neue Geschäftschancen und entwickeln Strategien, um Kunden zu gewinnen und zu binden.
- Kundenbetreuung: Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, lösen Kundenanliegen und stellen sicher, dass Kunden im CRM-System eingerichtet sind.
- Verkauf und Marketing: Sie präsentieren und verkaufen unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen an aktuelle und potenzielle Kunden in den Bereichen Umbau, Heimwerker, Tischler, Bauunternehmer und Fertigung.
- Business Intelligence: Sie bereiten Aktionspläne vor, um spezifische Ziele zu identifizieren und die Anzahl der zu knüpfenden Kontakte zu prognostizieren.
Anforderungen
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter mit:
- Mindestens 4 Jahren Erfahrung in Vertrieb oder Außendienst
- Mehr als zwei Jahre nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Interaktion auf mehreren Ebenen in allen Bereichen bei kommerziellen Industrieprojekten
- Erfahrung mit Kundendatenbanken, Salesforce bevorzugt
- Erfahrung in der Herstellung oder im Vertrieb von Steinen
Akademischer Hintergrund
Erforderlich: Oberschule / GED. Gewünscht: Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
