About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Grupo Cosentino. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Sales and Business Development

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

Product Knowledge and Training

You will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, providing training and support to clients as needed.

Market Analysis and Research

You will conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
  • 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within commercial industry projects
  • Experience with customer database software, preferably Salesforce
  • Stone fabrication or distribution experience
  • High School / GED and a degree in Business or related field
