Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Intern to join our team. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, including room allocation and key distribution.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities to guests.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with reservations and pre-allocate rooms, taking into account the preferences of regular and VIP guests.
  • Ensure cooperation and helpfulness with all front office and housekeeping departments.
  • Update the guest list register regularly.
  • Liaise closely with the housekeeping department on check-outs, moves, and other tasks.
  • Report any faults or defects to the maintenance department.
  • Ensure security procedures are in operation at all times.

Requirements

  • High level of English is required, other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
