Join Our Team as a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect to join our Global Digital Workflows team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding an international team of developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality and secure ServiceNow best practices solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discussions on relevant business topics with stakeholders and vendors
  • Evaluate enhancement/customization requests and provide design recommendations
  • Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Configuration Management and Asset Management processes
  • Validate Solution Designs in Service Device Lifecycle Management
  • Design and implement ServiceNow SAM/HAM and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines, as well as Siemens Healthineers quality, security, and data protection regulations
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • University degree in IT or related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Design and Architecture of Solutions in IT service management frameworks
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, and IRM/GRC
  • Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management, as well as understanding of workflows and integrations for service automation
