Join Our Team as a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect to join our Global Digital Workflows team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding an international team of developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality and secure ServiceNow best practices solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Evaluate enhancement/customization requests, provide design recommendations, and document technical requirements.
  • Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Configuration Management and Asset Management processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Validate Solution Designs in Service Device Lifecycle Management created by Business Analysts to meet the overall Healthineers Enterprise Architecture.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow SAM/HAM and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.
  • Ensure architectural designs are compliant with Siemens Healthineers quality, security, and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with international teams, including Testers, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • University degree in IT or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of IT work experience in Design and Architecture of Solutions in IT service management frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge of at least 2 of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC.
  • Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management (e.g. ServiceNow) and understanding of workflows and integrations for service automation.
  • Well-founded professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? We also look forward to receiving your application.
Your Profile and Skills:
  • Ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English language.
  • Develop and present solution concepts and decision templates from an economic point of view.
  • High level of social competence and teamwork, interacting with stakeholders on an equal footing, building a trusting relationship, and managing commitments.
  • Competence to question processes and continuously improve them in the interest of the customer.
  • Ability to identify risks, document them, and communicate along developed mitigation measures.
  • Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills with cross-functional, intercultural teams.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
