Inco Sales Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the Incontinence business in Spain. Your primary objective will be to coordinate with our external sales network services provider for Primary Care and Pharmacy, driving towards our commercial goals. Additionally, you will lead our KAM team, optimizing national and regional pharmaceutical distribution accounts for HARTMANN's Outpatient division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and achieve sales targets in the defined area, channel, or category.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients and generating new business opportunities.
- Generate business plans for current and new business opportunities.
- Act as the key interface in sales between the KAM and all relevant internal functions, including HQ BD if needed.
- Manage the sales team under your responsibility and be the contact person with the external task force project lead to define sales objectives and the HARTMANN strategy.
- Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
- Set sales targets, activity KPIs, and training programs.
- Report on progress with KPIs.
- Visit customers and potential customers, the headquarter, and the main centers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA is valuable.
- Relevant prescription channel experience and knowledge.
- Negotiation skills are required.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
