Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to support our manufacturing location in Trujillo, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service desk, systems, and networking support, as well as implementing and operating a set of security tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT networking and systems, with experience in Microsoft technologies, UNIX/Linux sysadmin skills, and Google Workforce Productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide service desk support to end-users
  • Configure and maintain infrastructure devices with security and redundancy in mind
  • Collaborate with end-users for troubleshooting and technology rollouts
  • Organize and maintain documentation for IT systems
  • Implement and administer a subset of software security tools
  • Remediate vulnerabilities in IT systems
  • SOURCE system components from software and hardware vendors
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in IT or similar discipline (experience can be a substitute for formal education)
  • 3+ years of IT networking experience or 3+ years of IT systems experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (German a plus)
  • Prefer enterprise IT experience

A qualified candidate will have a strong background in IT networking and systems, with experience in Microsoft technologies, UNIX/Linux sysadmin skills, and Google Workforce Productivity tools. The ideal candidate will be a team player, willing to assist wherever necessary, and have a positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.

Diamond Foundry offers a competitive salary range of €27,500 - €41,500 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid time off.
