Job Title: IT Governance Specialist

As an IT Governance Specialist at Hitachi Vantara Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of our IT function. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze the performance of our IT function and provide actionable insights to our IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure IT performance and value generation
  • Analyze IT performance data and provide insights to IT leadership
  • Contribute to IT Governance Assessments and improve the IT Governance framework and policies
  • Maintain IT Governance documents and repositories
  • Raise awareness in the organization around IT Governance and facilitate discussions about strategic performance
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Governance or IT Compliance in global companies
  • Experience with analytics, performance reporting, and analytics tools such as PowerBI
  • Knowledge of IT governance and process frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
