Job Title: Identity Governance Specialist

AXA Group is seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key player in shaping the organization's digital identity landscape, you will drive efficiency, security, and compliance through the effective implementation of the identity provisioning tool.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation: Implement the identity provisioning tool, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Process Automation: Automate identity management processes to streamline and automate the creation, management, and deactivation of user identities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including IT, HR, and Security, to understand their needs and ensure the identity provisioning tool meets these needs.
  • Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the new AXA global platform, its documentation, and procedures.
  • Operations: Manage complex IAM IPC and train BAU teams on standard operations.
  • Changes: Support during the demand management process, analyzing fit of client's requirements to existing use cases and scoping the effort to execute the demand.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of proven successful experience in Information Security/IAM as a specialist or expert in a large-scale organization in a Shared-Services setup.
  • Proven experience with Saviynt IGA cloud platform.
  • Proven experience with CA Identity Manager, Identity Governance, and Identity Portal.
  • Expertise in Directories, SQL, Certificates, PKI, Java, and Middleware.
