Job Title: Corporate Systems Expert/IT Finance Specialist

About the Role:
Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Systems Expert/IT Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the technical workstreams of our finance technological platforms projects, with a focus on interfaces and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical workstreams of finance technological platforms projects, including interfaces and integrations.
• Supervise the implementation and support of finance platform project interfaces and integrations in agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum).
• Responsible for daily oversight, implementation, and execution of processes and technology used to support the technical workstreams of the new finance platform for all global users.
• Document the interfaces and integrations of the new finance platform during all the product lifecycle, from technical requirement gathering to platform architectural and technical documentation.
• Act as a bridge between the functional areas (Finance) and the technical teams, both internal and external.
• Resolve and monitor technical incidents in the platform and escalate to support teams.
• Create and manage technical test plans, functional, unit, integration, acceptance, performance, safety, regression, end-to-end tests, etc., with a special focus on interfaces and integrations.
• Coordinate and manage go-live(s) from a technical point of view.
• Define and manage interfaces KPIs, both during the implementation and post-go-live stages.
• Serve as a technical domain specialist for finance technological platforms to assist with design and delivery of training programs in support of finance-related processes and provide organizational change support.
• Research and recommend quantitative and qualitative analysis of data from finance platforms to design and maintain sophisticated reports for internal auditing, end-user information requests, and metrics reporting.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports regionally and globally.
• Partner cross-functionally with global teams, Finance, IT, and vendors to solve issues and improve finance-related processes and procedures.
• Effectively communicate understanding of the data, reporting requests, and business needs to proactively research solutions and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Research industry trends, standard methodologies, and review current processes to effectively provide company online sales performance analysis and recommend and implement potential improvements.
• Handle highly confidential customer and company information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements:
• Education: Computer science or information systems engineer or equivalent experience.
• Languages: Spanish - Mother tongue. English: Fluent (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).
• Computer Skills: NA
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related position required. Experience with full cycle implementation of a tier 1 ERP (Oracle, SAP) required. Experience with multi-country, multi-currency ERP implementation required. Experience with data integration between APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) required. Experience with data integration platforms (Mulesoft or similar) required. Experience with complex ERP projects in terms of integrations and interfaces required. Demonstrable ability to work independently and in a team setting. Must be capable of working under tight time constraints and with multiple priorities. Ability to plan, organize, and document complex finance systems interfaces design activities and to configure finance technological platforms to be consistent with data privacy policies/procedures; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust, and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.
• Others: Experience with Workday Finance highly preferred. Experience with treasury systems (such as Kyriba or XRT) highly preferred. Experience with other finance systems (such as MS Dynamics or SAGE) a plus. Certifications on ERP systems preferred. Experience with Mulesoft, a plus. Attention to detail, ability to understand up and downstream data flow, excellent analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities. Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills.
